  • Didnt use the 2 Art museum tickets. No fault of yours, but unfortunately Ellis Island and Liberty Island were atill closed, therefore could only take the harbour trip. Liked the fact that the tickets reduced queuing in Rockerfeller centre, however didnt help us bypass any queues in Nat History Museum where we had to stand a huge line to exchange the tickets. We also had to stand in line with people purchasing tickets at the Empire State and these lines too were very long. Good idea though and will use you again.

  • Found the pass great. Only snag was assumed we got to skip queue on all attractions and had two hour queue for statue cruise which we had not planned for and was very unpleasant with young children. We were not impressed with queuing procedure and felt it was quite dangerous at time as we were constantly being told to move forward maybe they were trying to reconstruct Ellis island scene because thats certainly what it felt like !!
