Terms and conditions for Paris St Germain Football Tickets
- Your tickets will be available to download from your account 3-5 days prior to the game.
- Paris' match days and times are only announced a few weeks before the game. It is the customer's responsibility to check these details - you will not receive notification from us. Tickets remain non-refundable if a customer is unable to make the game.
- Please note; dates and kick-off times of games can change due to TV schedules, fixture congestion, cup replays etc.
- In the case of match postponement at short notice due to bad weather or industrial action tickets will be valid for the new date or a full refund will be available less an admin fee per ticket.
- Maximum of six tickets per booking.
- It is a good idea to take photo ID with you.
- Specific seat numbers can't be pre-confirmed. Every attempt will be made to seat guests together but it can't be 100% guaranteed. Usually, orders for two seats will be allocated alongside each other or, in some cases, adjacent/one behind the other. Similarly, when more than two tickets are booked, every attempt will be made to sit all members of the party as close as possible, ideally in a row, but this also can't be guaranteed.
- If you have purchased a VIP ticket, when in the VIP lounge, fans cannot enter dressed in their team colours due to it being a neutral zone. It is not necessary to follow a strict dress code, but you are urged not to wear shorts, sports shirts sports shoes etc.
- Cancellation Policy: Tickets are non-refundable. 100% cancellation charges will apply.
