Terms and Conditions

• The Orlando FlexTicket and Orlando FlexTicket Plus are valid for 14 consecutive days. These days start the first time you visit any of the Orlando FlexTicket parks or Universal CityWalk.
• Your CityWalk Pass is valid for the same period as your Orlando FlexTicket. Some special events at CityWalk are separately ticketed and may incur an additional charge. Some CityWalk venues have an age limit of 21 years or older. Proof of ID required.
• The Orlando FlexTicket Plus also includes unlimited free transport to Busch Gardens® Tampa Bay on the Shuttle Express bus, which departs from various locations in the International Drive and Kissimmee areas. Reservations are required - please call 1-800-221-1339 once in Florida. Service may be subject to change.
• The Orlando FlexTicket is only valid to use in the calendar year purchased. 2012 Orlando FlexTicket must be activated on or before 31 December 2012.
